Borela Realty is a registered broker and a family-owned business under the Philippines' Department of Trade and Industry with Real Estate Broker’s license number 19201. Started in 2006 in Las Pinas City, Philippines, this was a dream realization for owner and dynamic manager Elisa Borela, a Marketing graduate with sales and marketing expertise for more than twenty years.

Our in-house contractor for house construction, maintenance and renovations is Getulio ('Tol'), the husband of Elisa - who is an Architect and a Contractor with professional experiences in Malaysia, Papua New Guinea, Saudi Arabia and the Philippines.

Marione Borela Lineses, is the primary licensed Real Estate Broker (REBL# 19201) of the realty and the  daughter of Tol and Lisa. She is a registered nurse and a Journalism graduate and has worked in USA, Singapore and Dubai. 

The Consultant licensed Real Estate Broker -REBL# 19200 is Michael S Lineses (husband of Marione), a Mechanical Engineer, Certified International Supply Chain Manager (CISCM) and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) who has worked in India, Singapore, Dubai and is now based in Doha, Qatar with his wife.
