1) What are the terms of payment in buying a property?
In-house or Bank financing as well as Pag-Ibig Loan can be available depending on the property. Most developers offer different term options to choose from such as 5, 10, or even 15 years to pay to make it easy for buyers. Please call us for the computation of your desired property.
2) I am an OFW. How can I buy property? If you are still working abroad, you should assign and execute a Special Power of Attorney authorizing an immediate relative to be your representative to transact with us. The SPA should be notarized by the Philippine Embassy or Consulate nearest you. 3) What are your reservation requirements and qualifications for buyers? It depends on the developer’s policy. The usual requirements are but not limited to the following: completely filled-up Reservation Agreement, Buyer’s Information Sheet, copies of valid IDs, proof of income (such as: latest Income Tax Return, Contract of Employment, Certificate of Employment and Compensation, pay slip, audited Financial Statement) together with the non-refundable reservation fee. Please call us for more details.
4) Can I use my Pag-Ibig to buy a property? Some projects are under Pag-ibig, hence allowing buyers to use their Pag-Ibig privileges to finance their house loan. Please call us so we can verify the projects you want which can be applied under Pag-ibig.
5) What if I can’t use my Pag-Ibig to take out a loan? Since not all developers allow Pag-Ibig loan take-out, financial schemes are available for your convenience such as Bank Financing and In-house financing. These depend on certain variables like the type of housing project, property cost, buyers capacity to pay and bank approval, among others. For further clarifications, please call our office.
